Mountain Lion Trappers

Mountain Lion Trappers are bringing their legendary Rock n’ Roll covers back to the beveragefest! This band has been with Head for Hills since the beginning, and the dance party gets bigger every year. Spanning music from 1950s to present day, this seasoned group offers a wide variety of music that is sure to get the Trafalgar Sports Park rocking on Saturday evening. Mountain Lion Trappers will be sure to finish Head for the Hills on a high note!

The Jake Chisholm Band

Inspired by classic blues, soul and rock n’ roll, Jake Chisholm’s tasteful yet intricate guitar work and songwriting evokes vivid and shameless tales of love, lust, and lessons learned. An in-demand session player on the Toronto jazz & blues scene, Chisholm earned a reputation as a talented and respected vocalist/guitar player. There is a sincerity in Chisholm’s music that is immediately identifiable. No fancy bells and whistles here, just a deep and full sound that is a fresh take on blues and adding rock ‘n’ roll elements.

Josh Taerk

Josh Taerk is a Billboard charting singer/songwriter signed with AMG/Sony Music. Josh has been touring throughout North America and the U.K. Over the past 12 years, Josh has also opened for and performed onstage with Max Weinberg (Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band), Kevin Costner & Modern West, Jon McLaughlin, Robin Trower, and The Weeks. Max Weinberg called Josh, “the most exciting new talent I have come across in years”. Josh’s album Beautiful Tragedy has been streamed over 200,000 times on Spotify and the title track was added onto over 100 radio stations across the U.K.
