Don’t forget to wear shoes.

Head for the Hills is a day of craft beverage  sampling, gourmet food, and live music in the beautiful countryside. Voted the #1 Beverage Festival in Ontario, Head for the Hills is a guaranteed good time rain or shine (…seriously, we can prove that).

Admission includes a customized Head for the Hills beverage stein and 2 tokens for 2 samples of beverage or cider. Additional tokens are available for purchase on-site.

Cheers to charity

...raise a glass (or three) and do some good

The five service clubs of Georgetown (Rotary, Lions, Optimist, Kiwanis & Kinsmen) united to launch Georgetown’s first ever Craft Beverage Festival in 2015. Head for the Hills is entirely volunteer-run and benefits local charities.

Beverage + charity = win. Now a well-established event in our community, Head for the Hills is a late-Summer staple not to be missed. And 100% of proceeds go to local charities supported by the four service clubs. Our feature charities are Food4Kids North Halton, a group that provides nutritious food for schoolchildren across Halton to take home over the weekend, and Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CASHH), a group that provides support and services for cancer patients and their families. We also support Distress Centre Halton, the Townsend Smith Foundation, and Community Alliance Reaching Everyone (C.A.R.E.).

In our 6 years, we have raised over $500,000 and donated right back into our community. There are plenty of opportunities to support this cause throughout the event. By purchasing tickets, tokens, swag, and food you are helping us make a greater contribution to this small community than ever before. Our goal this year: come together, have fun, and keep that donation number growing!

Come join us!
